• Contract Formation: The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a Shipping Confirmation email indicating that your order has been dispatched.

• Data Security: You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks using SSL technology.

3. Pricing and Taxes

• Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• Taxes & Duties: Prices displayed on the website do not include import duties or local taxes unless specified. For customers in the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. For other international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We may also provide you with access to third-party tools (such as payment gateways like PayPal or Stripe) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” without any warranties of any kind.

• Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

• Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
