At Layeko, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a transparent and straightforward return and refund process to give you peace of mind.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, with all protective seals, tags, and labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, any cosmetics that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Resolution: Once the issue is verified, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement. For defective or incorrect items, Layeko will cover all associated shipping costs.
4. Return Shipping & Fees

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (e.g., remorse), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Note: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
5. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2 business days), we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Banking Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your statement.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow our return process after receiving the package.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please reach out to hello@layeko.com.
