At Layeko, we are committed to delivering your beauty essentials in a reliable and timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our logistics process, delivery estimates, and shipping conditions to provide you with a transparent shopping experience.

1. Delivery Timeline

To provide full transparency, your order's estimated journey is calculated as follows: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (Business Days)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (CET - Central European Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Shipping Time (Transit):

    • United States: 7–12 Business Days.

    • United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand: 7–12 Business Days.

    • Rest of World: 7–15 Business Days.

Total Estimated Delivery (U.S.): Typically 8–15 Business Days. Please note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays may occasionally impact delivery times.

2. Shipping Rates & Taxes

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders.

  • Transparency: All shipping costs (if applicable) and taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. There are no hidden handling fees.

  • Taxes/Duties: For customers in the United States, sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. For other international destinations, any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Fulfillment & Quality Control

To ensure consistent quality, every Layeko order is handled through our managed logistics network:

  • Inventory Management: Products are dispatched from our specialized fulfillment centers based on stock availability and your location.

  • Inspection: Every order undergoes a quality inspection before being hand-packed and dispatched to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  • Activation: Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

  • Real-Time Updates: You can track your package directly through the link in your email or via our on-site tracking page.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Accuracy

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Layeko is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: We currently do not support delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure secure and trackable delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

  • Issues: If your package is damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours at hello@layeko.com.

  • Requirement: Please include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items. We will prioritize a resolution for you.
